Four Laning of Kamalapuram to Oddanchatram (New NH-83)

M/s Yashodhan Highways Pvt. Ltd (SPV) a company incorporated 29.03.2019 having its Regd. Office Nayak House, #110, Dollars Colony, Gokul Road, Hubbalii – 580 030. This SPV has been incorporated/floated specifically for Construction & Management of Four Laning of Kamalapuram to Oddanchatram section of NH-209 (New NH-83) from Design Km 0.000 to Km. 35.822 (Total Length – 36.505 Km) under Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase- I under the category of Residual Works of NHDP on HAM in the State of Tamil Nadu (the “Project”) on design, build, operate and transfer (the “Hybrid Annuity”) basis.

M/s Yashodhan Highways Pvt. Ltd (SPV) is a wholly-owned subsidiary company incorporated/ floated by M/s. DRN Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, (DRNIPL). Hence M/s. DRNIPL becomes promoter company in M/s Yashodhan Highways Pvt. Ltd (SPV).

M/s Yashodhan Highways Pvt. Ltd., company as the Concessionaire to undertake and perform the obligations and exercise the rights of the selected bidder under the LOA for executing the project. The Concession Agreement (CA) between the concessionaire and NHAI was signed on 05.12.2019. The Concessionaire has achieved Financial Closure (FC) on 13.11.2020 and the Appointed Date was declared by the Authority as 21.01.2021.

The Concessionaire has appointed M/s DRN Infrastructure Private Limited as the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) Contractor and signed EPC contract.

The Government of India

had entrusted to the Authority the development, maintenance and management of Four Laning of Kamalapuram to Oddanchatram section of NH-209 (New NH-83) from  Design Km 0.000 to Km. 35.822 (Total Length – 36.505 Km) under Bharatmala Pariyojana Phase- I under the category of Residual Works of NHDP on HAM in the State of Tamil Nadu (the “Project”) on design, build, operate and transfer (the “Hybrid Annuity”) basis, which shall be partly  financed by the Concessionaire who shall recover its investment and costs through payments to         be made by the Authority, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the  Concession Agreement.

The Alignment of the project road starts at Km 0+000 of NH-209 (New NH-83) near Kamalapuram and runs through nearby villages namely, Jamputhuraikottai, Patchamalaiyankottai, Palayankottai, Athoor, Paraipatti, Palayakannivadi, Chatrapatty, Kasavanam patty, Sirankadu, Thethupatty, Kodalvavi, Palakanuthu, Lakkayankottai at Km 35+822 of NH-209 (New NH-83). The total length of the project stretch is 36.505 km. which runs  through Dindigul District.
